Brittany Becker is the Program Manager of the Early College Early Career within the Workforce and Talent Development Team at MAGNET. In her role, Brittany Becker is responsible for all the logistics and operations within the ECEC program. Brittany Becker also maintains relationships with all partners including the manufacturing companies, school districts, community colleges and students. Prior to joining the team at MAGNET, Brittany Becker was the Administrative Assistant for The City Mission's Crossroads Men's Crisis Center, in which she managed all men's programming logistics, streamlined data tracking and reporting procedures, and used data-analysis for program evaluation. While at The City Mission, she was also the Resource Center Supervisor at Laura's Home Women and Children's Crisis Center where she developed and ran programs aiding homeless women in educational refreshers, financial literacy, job readiness skills and employment search. Brittany Becker completed her undergraduate work at Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.
